Choosing What Is Right and Good

Given a choice between a new or a used item people almost always choose new. Given a choice between right and wrong people may not choose what is right. Dr. Richard Boroditsky of the Health Sciences Centre said and I quote, “While teens generally have a wealth of clinical knowledge about sex, STD’s and AIDS they are not taught basic life skills to help them make positive choices.” What is a positive choice? Deuteronomy 6:16 says: “And thou shalt do that which is right and good in the sight of the Lord.” Paul says in Titus 3:8: “They which have believed in God might be careful to maintain good works.”
