From Streams of Doubt to Living Waters

Did you know that there is a river in South America that was once called the “river of doubt?” Did it exist or didn’t it? And if it did, where was it? Then around 1914 it was renamed the Theodore river in honour of Theodore Roosevelt, the man who located it and charted its course. For some of us the “river of doubt” still exists on a spiritual plane. Jesus said, “He who believes in Me as the Scriptures have said,out of his heart shall flow rivers of living water.” John 7:38 RSV You can discover that river in yourself by laying hold of the fact that Jesus is real. He wants you to come to Him with your unsatisfied thirst and drink of Him by faith.
